Returns & Exchanges

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Pucked Up Threads, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Return Conditions

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.


Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns due to their unique nature.


Return Process

Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

 

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, if possible.

 

Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pucked Up Threads is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a return or exchange.
